Write with everything a note needs
Start with a sentence. Add a checklist, a table, a photo, or a file when it helps explain the idea. Memobound is designed for short reminders and longer working notes on iPhone and iPad.
Format as you write
The editor includes headings, bold and italic text, highlights, links, quotes, numbered lists, checklists, and code blocks. Use the formatting controls or Markdown shortcuts. An outline follows your headings so you can move around a long note.
Tables hold simple comparisons, reading lists, and meeting actions. They are text tables, not spreadsheets with formulas. Find and replace, undo and redo, and a word count support longer drafts.
Keep the source beside your words
Insert photos, scans, PDFs, audio, and other attachments. Add a caption or a source link. Imported files are copied into the notebook so a note does not depend on the original file staying in Downloads.
Attachments keep their original formats. A note can link to another note without making a second copy of it. See links and backlinks.
Write without a connection
Editing and saving a local document do not require an internet connection. An attachment stored only in iCloud must finish downloading before you can open it offline. Memobound shows that distinction rather than treating a file name as a downloaded file.
Readable outside the app
The document format uses Markdown text and ordinary attachment files in a TextBundle package. A formatted editing view does not change that storage choice. Formatting that cannot survive a Markdown export is identified in the export preview.
