An Evernote alternative built around your own files
Evernote is built around a synced account. Memobound keeps your notebook in Files, with local storage or optional iCloud Drive. Both can support offline work, but they give you different ways to manage the underlying notes.

When Evernote fits
Keep Evernote if its established account-based workflow and existing integrations are central to how you collect and share information. Its offline support is real. On mobile, make the content you need available offline before disconnecting.
When Memobound fits
Try Memobound if you want a notebook you can locate and back up in Files, with scanning, article capture, tags, and attachments in an iOS app. You decide whether a notebook uses Apple sync. There is no Memobound web workspace or live team editing.
Before you move
Export one representative notebook first. Check tables, scans, dates, tags, and attachments in the beta. Review the import report and keep the original ENEX files. Do not delete your source library until you have checked a separate backup.
Prepare an Evernote export or request TestFlight access.
