Tell us whether you use an iPhone, an iPad, or both, and the notebook workflow you want to try. We will reply with testing information when a place is available.
Report a problem
Include the app build, device and system version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. For storage problems, say whether the notebook is local or in iCloud Drive and whether the issue occurs offline.
A small example without personal information is more useful than your whole notebook. Do not email passwords or recovery keys. If a file is needed, we can discuss a suitable example with you first.
Ask about your data
Notebook documents live in the location you choose. We cannot recover a deleted local file or reset the password of an encrypted note. Check your independent backups and the recovery options of your storage provider.
