Keep a copy you can use elsewhere
Memobound is designed around ordinary documents and useful exports. Send one note to a colleague or copy a whole notebook to a backup location without uploading it to us.
Choose the format for the job
Use PDF when someone needs to read or print a finished note. Use Markdown with an attachments folder for editable text in another app. Use HTML for a readable collection with links between exported notes. Keep TextBundle documents when you want the text and attachments packaged together.
The export preview explains what the chosen format preserves. PDF flattens editable drawings. Markdown cannot represent every layout. Audio is exported as a file, not embedded as playable content in a printed page.
Share through familiar controls
Use the system share sheet to send a file with AirDrop, Mail, Messages, or another installed app. The receiving app or service handles delivery. Check which notebook, attachments, and hidden details you are including before sending.
Sharing a copy does not grant ongoing access to your notebook. Changes made by the recipient do not come back automatically. Memobound does not require a hosted public page to share a note.
Export a complete notebook
A full export includes the notes, their attachments, and a manifest listing files and conversion issues. References between included notes are translated where the target format supports them. Links to notes outside the export need review.
Export your documents while testing the beta and keep an independent copy. Paid pricing has not been announced.
