Keep the next action with the context
A note often ends with something to do. Memobound’s checklists and reminders keep that action beside the decision, document, or conversation behind it.
Turn a line into a task
Add checkboxes inside any note. Give an item a due date, mark it complete, and filter for unfinished items across downloaded notebooks. A task keeps a link to its original note so the surrounding explanation is one tap away.
Simple repeating reminders are for recurring routines. They are personal reminders, without team assignments, approval flows, or a separate project-management account.
Notifications come from the device
Local notifications can remind you without a connection. You choose whether notification previews show note content. Focus settings, notification permissions, device state, and system scheduling affect how alerts appear.
Each device needs the task data and notification permission to schedule reminders. Optional iCloud file sync is not a guarantee that every device will alert at exactly the same time.
Prepare for a meeting
Start from a meeting template, add the agenda, and collect decisions and actions as you go. A calendar event can supply a title and time after you grant calendar access. Connecting to a calendar is optional and does not copy your entire calendar into a notebook.
Export a PDF or text summary for other attendees. Sending a copy does not create a shared task board or synchronize another person’s edits.
